WEST LAS VEGAS LIBRARY HISTORY WALL
Spanning 35 by 20 feet, the Historic Westside Timeline is an immersive tribute to a community that helped shape Las Vegas. This large-scale mural blends dimensional elements with a backlit panel featuring over 40 key moments, tracing the Westside’s story from the early 1900s to today.
Layered with global events happening alongside local history, the piece offers a broader perspective—connecting the neighborhood’s legacy to the world beyond it.
At its core, this installation is a love letter to the Historic Westside—honoring the resilience, leadership, and culture that built a lasting legacy and ensuring those stories continue to be seen and remembered.
An ADA-accessible version is available on the second floor.
